End User License Agreement

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the Success Quotes mobile application ("Application") operated by GenInspire ("us", "we", or "our").

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Application.

License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Subscriptions

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Success Quotes offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

• Monthly Premium Subscription - Billed monthly
• Yearly Premium Subscription - Billed annually

Subscription Features

Premium subscriptions include:

• Full access to over 1000+ quotes from the world's most successful people
• Exclusive premium content not available elsewhere
• Quote context and insights for deeper understanding
• Daily notifications for personalized motivation
• Unlimited access to all premium features

Payment & Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price
• Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current subscription period.

Lifetime Premium Access

We also offer a one-time Lifetime Premium Access purchase that provides permanent access to all premium features without recurring charges.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Application
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of GenInspire or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or licensors

Intellectual Property

The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of GenInspire.

All quotes, content, and materials available in the Application are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit permission.

User Content

The Application may allow you to save quotes, create collections, and personalize your experience. You retain ownership of any content you create or save within the Application. By using these features, you grant us a license to store and display this content as necessary to provide the Service.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Third-Party Services

The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GenInspire. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Application will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Application is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Application will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GenInspire, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Application
• Any content obtained from the Application
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GenInspire and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Application, or your violation of this Agreement.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Application after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Application.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach this Agreement.

Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Application.
